Immediate Opening — Full-Time Seasonal Admin Assistant
Bressler & Company has an immediate opening for a full-time, seasonal Administrative Assistant to join an awesome group of individuals at our growing CPA firm in Lemoore, California. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must and the ability to laugh and play hard is helpful — After all, we’re not just bean counters!
The ideal candidate must be a strong team player, and should live in Lemoore or Hanford, California.
Purpose of Position:
To provide administrative support to other team members and office operations
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly and mailing of monthly reports
Assist in the assembly of tax returns
Scan documents
Run errands & pick up mail
Assist other team members with various tasks
Proprietary and Confidentiality with all matters related to business activities
Desired Skills/Attributes:
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional-level verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Highly organized, team player, self-starter, detail-oriented
Willingness to learn new skills
Comfort with high-volume workload, deadlines and multiple tasks
